    Thanks for the biomechanics tips — that foam block got a workout!
    In my myofascial release exercise class I’m working on squatting to combat all the sitting (weekly drive to LA and back, at the computer, at 1159 Alvira) weakening my pelvic floor.

    Great videos…I sustained a hip injury after running and with your videos I am taking a new approach after seeing your videos though I have been exposed to the Alexander technique and ART…
