BONUS VIDEO!!! SCORE!- This exercise is great for a variety of back pain types (neck, upper, mid, lower, and sacral). If you've got a foam roller- great! If not, use folded blankets (or sheets) set in a pile 6" high and folded to about 6" width. Be sure the blankets/sheets pile is FIRM to HARD- a requirement for this to work properly- and go for it!
